CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to respect everyone’s time, we kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations. • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: No charge. • Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of the appointment: 50% of the service fee will be charged. • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment: 75% of the service fee will be charged. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or day of the appointment: 100% of the service fee will be charged. Please note: • All Deposits, Late Fees, Cancellation Fees, and No Call/No Show Fees are non-refundable. • No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
